ABOUT OUR ROOMS

We are a very basic motel located 200 feet from the ocean. Consider us more akin to "glamping" on the beach. Rooms come with bed linens and bath towels and bath soap. Please bring your own extra pillows, blankets and toiletries. We are pet friendly, please review all of our policies before booking.

WE DO NOT HAVE:

Military, senior citizens or AAA discounts.
Coffee service OR room service.
A boardwalk to the beach.
A elevator to the group rooms or deck upstairs.
Daily housekeeping service.
In room landline telephones.
Baby cribs, pack and plays or rollaway beds.
Full kitchens with dishes and utensils.
Suites with a living area and couches or chairs.
Refrigerators or microwaves in every room (only family rooms and group rooms).
Refrigerators or microwaves by request to place in budget or standard rooms.
Early check ins or late check outs from June-August, no exceptions.

This & That

In regards to coffee makers, you are welcome to bring your own but space is very limited in the budget rooms. The restaurant is open 8am-10pm daily.

You can also get free ice for small ice chests in the restaurant. Each room has an occupancy limit and there is literally zero room for blow up mattresses or portable cribs in the smaller rooms.

Although we are an oceanfront property, all of our rooms are perpendicular to the ocean and do not face the ocean. All rooms are NONSMOKING, but smoking is allowed outside each room and outside the main restaurant.

We have 2 outside picnic and grilling areas that have charcoal grills. These are open to all guests, just bring your own grilling supplies. Grilling areas are first come first served.

Each room has an exterior entryway and outside sitting area. We also have a common area for guests in the downstairs "Cupcake" Room located North of the restaurant or upstairs on the observation balcony.

The Group Rooms are located upstairs and have a small balcony off the back room.

Might seem like a lot of "don'ts" here but there is a beautiful ocean view less than 10 steps from any room, a glorious ocean breeze, a restaurant and beer/wine bar on property and room to make yourself at home outside.
