Lodge Policies

- Any cancellation after a confirmed reservation is made will incur a $25 fee, regardless of time before arrival. 
- Cancellations less than 10 days before arrival will result in deposit forfeiture.  
- If you choose to change your dates on confirmed reservations before the 10 day cutoff, there will be a $10 transfer fee per change per room.
- The Port A Beachlodge does not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, personal sickness or injury, or family emergencies. 
- No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations.
- Cancellations and date changes MUST be made by phone, not email.
